Email Updates are sent as soon as the listing data is processed. This is done so that property information is communicated to your subscribers as soon as it is available. In very active markets, this immediate notification is very valuable to subscribers.
Different MLS boards provide listing data at different times during the day. Often, at the time that the Email Update is sent, the pictures have not yet been passed from the MLS board to iHomefinder and the property picture will not be displayed. However, in many cases, pictures are available by the time subscribers are checking email and wanting to view property information.
