Step 1
Start Microsoft Outlook Express and click Tools > Accounts on
the menu bar.
Step 2
Select Add > New E-mail Account and then click the Next button.
Step 3
Enter your name and then click the Next button.
Step 4
Enter your Email Address and then click the Next button.
Step 5
Enter the incoming mail server as POP3, enter your Incoming mail and Outgoing mail server and then click the Next button.
Step 6
Enter your username and your password and click on the Next button.
Step 7
Click on the Finish button.
Step 8
Enter 5190 in the Outgoing server (SMTP) box. Click the OK button.
