Once the status of a property has changed from active to sold, pending, withdrawn or expired, the listing is removed from your website and the list of active properties in iHomefinder.
To show that property as sold or pending, simply login to your iHomefinder administration panel.
Once logged in, under the LISTINGS tab, select SOLD/PENDING.
Click on the street address of the listing you wish to re-activate.
Select the option YES for "Show on Website".
Select the appropriate status for "Property Status".
You can also add information at that time, such as the sales price and the sale date.
