Your Featured Properties page can be configured to include Supplemental and Sold/Pending properties in addition to Active properties. If these non-active properties are not displayed on your Featured Properties list, check the settings on the General Settings page of your Admin. Also check the individual listings under the Listings menu to see if they are configured to display on your site.
